海盐县配电网鸟害现状分析及防治措施

Status Quo and Preventive Measures for Bird Damage on Haiyan Distribution Lines

鸟类在配电线路杆塔上频繁搭窝筑巢,会导致配电线路发生接地、短路等故障,已成为困扰电力线路运维部门的一大难题。通过对2012—2016年间海盐县鸟害历史数据的整理和分析,绘制了海盐县配电网鸟害等级区划图。在总结鸟害特点的基础上,对鸟害数量快速增加的原因进行了详细的分析,提出了配电线路鸟害防治技术的改进建议,有效减少了鸟害引起10 k V配电线路跳闸的次数,使配电线路鸟害故障率得到了有效控制,提高了配电线路的安全运行水平。

The bird nests built on the distribution towers and poles cause faults such as earthing and short circuit of distribution lines,which is a big headache of power line operation and maintenance department. Through sorting and analysis of the historical data of bird damage in Haiyan County from 2012 to 2016,the zoning map of the distribution of bird damage in Haiyan County is drawn. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of bird damage,the reasons for the rapid increase of the number of bird damage are analyzed in detail,and the improvement suggestions of the prevention and control of bird damage on the distribution line are put forward,which effectively reduces the number of tripping of10 kV distribution line,and bird damage rate on distribution line has been effectively controlled to improve the operation safety level of the dis-tribution line.
