基于正交的割缝式旋流器结构优选和试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善螺旋叶片式旋流器分离含油污水的性能,在传统旋流器原型基础上,设计出一种新型割缝螺旋叶片式旋流器。为探究割缝尺寸对分离效率的影响规律,通过正交试验法对割缝尺寸及结构进行优选。通过FLUENT流体软件对优选结构的分离效率、压力场和油相分布进行数值模拟分析,发现正交试验法优选出的结构明显改善油核排出情况,内部速度场具有较好的周向对称性,并且降低了底流口含油量,同时又提高了旋流器分离性能。最后通过试验验证,得到分离效率最高可达93.7%,符合正交试验法的指标估算和数值模拟结果,从而证明了对旋流器溢流管进行割缝设计方案具有可行性。 In order to improve the separation performance of spiral vane hydrocyclone, in the traditional prototype based and design a new type slotted vane type hydrocyclone.In order to explore the dimensions of slotting the influence of the structure on the separation efficiency by orthogonal test slotting the size and structure of the preferred.Fluent fluid software was used to detect the separation efficiency, pressure and oil phase distribution numerical simulation analysis, by the results of analysis by orthogonal design a slotted screw vane cyclone significantly improved the oil discharge obviously,the velocity field and has good circumferential symmetry, reducing the oil content of the underflow opening, while improving the separation performance of the separator.The experimental results show that the separation efficiency can reach up to 93.7%,basic indicators in line with estimates and numerical results of orthogonal test, which proved by cyclone overflow pipe slotted design feasible.
