摘要
通过对制冷空调系统压缩机的故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)以及压缩机在空调系统中的试验条件、试验应力、综合试验剖面的研究,选取适合评价压缩机在系统上的可靠性增长摸底试验研究方法,暴露产品的潜在缺陷,并及时采取纠正措施,使制冷压缩机的可靠性水平得到增长。
Fault modes effects and criticality analysis of compressor in air conditioning system, study on test conditions,experiment stresses, multiple experiment section of compressor in air conditioning system, select the appropriate evaluation of the compressor in system reliability growth searching of the experimental research methods, Exposing latent faultiness of product and taking corrective actions in time. The reliability of the refrigeration compressor would be improved observably.
