摘要
针对2.8Mt/a催化裂化装置轴流风机运行中出现效率不断降低的问题。对其原因进行了分析判断,并通过对风机解体检修确认造成目前状况的主要原因为风机叶片严重结垢。针对这一现象,分析其结垢原因,并提出了防范措施,确保其长周期稳定运行。
The efficiency of axialflow blower of 2. 8 Mt / a catalytical cracking unit in Changling Petrochemical Company has decreased recently. Through the disintegration check,it was found that the efficiency reduce was caused by the heavy scaling inblades. Hence,a cause analysis of blade scaling was conducted and the corresponding prevention countermeasures were proposedto guarantee the stable longperiod operation.
