肠造口病人家庭亲密度与适应性的调查研究

Investigation on family intimacy and adaptability of enterostomy patients

[目的]探讨肠造口病人家庭亲密度和适应性的现状以及影响因素。[方法]采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV)对110例肠造口病人进行调查。[结果]肠造口病人实际亲密度低于国内常模,理想亲密度和不满意程度高于国内常模,实际、理想适应性低于国内常模,不满意程度高于国内常模;年龄和造口并发症是肠造口病人家庭亲密度主要影响因素,主要照顾类型和造口并发症是肠造口病人适应性的主要影响因素。[结论]造口病人的实际亲密度、实际适应性、理想适应性较低,理想亲密度、不满意度较高。

Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of family intimacy and adaptability of en-terostomy patients. Methods： A total of 110 patients of enterostomy were investigated by the Chinese version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale - Second Edition（FACES- CV）. Results： The actual intimacy of pa-tients with enterostomy was lower than the domestic norm, and the ideal intimacy level and dissatisfaction de-gree were higher than domestic norm. The actual/ideal adaptability were lower than domestic gree of dissatisfaction was higher than the domestic norm. Age and the presence or absence of complications were the main influencing factors of family intimacy in patients with enterostomy. The main caregivers and the presence or absence of complications were the main influencing factors of adaptability in patients with enterosto-my. Conclusions： In the patients with enterostomy,the actual intimacy,actual adaptability,and ideal adaptability were at a lovoer level;the ideal intimacy and dissatisfaction were at a higher level.
