Survey of demand of head nurses on training course of risk management ability

[目的]探讨护士长对风险管理能力培训课程的需求,为护士长风险管理能力培训提供科学依据。[方法]采用德尔菲法,就护理管理专家及护理教育专家对护士长风险管理能力培训课程的需求进行两轮函询。[结果]经过两轮函询,最终形成的课程体系为3项主要课程、10项课程内容和56条评价标准。[结论]专家对确定的护士长风险管理能力课程的协调程度较高,可为今后的护士长风险管理能力培训提供参考。

Objective To explore the demand for head nurses on the training course of risk management ability, and to provide a scientific basis for the training of head nurses, risk management abimethod was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation on the demand of head nurses, risk management competency training courses from nursing management specialists and nursing education special-ists. Results ： After two rounds of correspondence consultation , the final formation of the curriculum system were conducted of 3 major courses,10 course content and 56 evaluation criterias. Conclusions： The edegree of coordination in the course of the risk management ability for the head nurses^which could provide the reference for future training of head nurses＇risk management ability.
