摘要
通过光产碱剂在LED可见光辐照下释放强碱进而同时引发巯基-环氧聚合及硅氧烷的溶胶-凝胶反应,实现原位制备有机-无机杂化涂层。通过拉曼光谱和实时红外光谱对混杂光固化过程进行了研究,采用透射电镜和X射线衍射对杂化涂层的组成和结构进行了表征,性能测试结果表明,所制备的杂化涂层具有良好的热性能和较高的表面硬度。
Organic-inorganic hybrid coatings were obtained via simuhaneous thiol-epoxysiloxane polymerization, which was initiated by photobase generators under visible LED light irradiation. Raman spectra and real- time FT- IR were employed to study the hybrid photocuring process. TEM and XRD were performed to characterize the formation and structures of the hybrid coating. The results of property study indicated that the obtained hybrid coating possessed good thermal stability and high surface hardness.
