摘要
针对双燃料低速发动机在燃气模式下采用奥托循环和稀薄燃烧技术导致最高燃烧压力比预期增高的问题,Win GD引入动态燃烧控制技术。结合试验数据介绍了动态燃烧控制技术的控制策略以及实施过程;对动态燃烧控制技术对油耗和排放等性能的影响进行了分析。分析表明:动态燃烧控制技术可消除该型发动机因热态环境或低甲烷值燃料引起的恶劣燃烧现象,确保发动机在燃气模式下满足TierⅢ排放限值,且总油耗在保证点以内。
The Otto cycle and lean burn technology used in dual fuel low speed engines under gas mode may lead to unexpected higher maximum combustion pressure. To deal with this problem, dynamic combustion control technology was introduced into WinGD engine. Based on test data, the controlling strategy and implementation process of dynamic combustion control technology is introduced, the influence of this technology on performances, such as fuel consumption and emissions are analyzed. Analysis shows that dynamic combustion control technology could avoid bad combustion caused by hot environment and low methane percentage fuel, ensure the engine to meet with Tier Ⅲ limits under gas mode, and keep the to- tal fuel consumption within the designed limits.
