储运罐区凝液回收节能研究

Energy saving research of condensate recovery in storage tank farm

摘要 公司储运罐区采用蒸汽消防系统,因冬季温度下降,蒸汽液化产生凝结水,为防止凝结水结冰涨裂管线或影响消防蒸汽正常使用,需定期排放凝结水,凝结水直接排放造成水资源浪费,且凝结水温度较高,具有进一步热量回收价值。针对此问题,对储运罐区蒸汽消防系统进行改造。将管线末端疏水阀与公司余热回收系统进行管线连接,对此部分凝结水进行回收利用,在节约用水的同时,可回收凝结水富余热量。 Because company storage tank farm uses steam fire protection system, steam liquid condensate is pro- duced with the winter temperature droping. In order to prevent the water freezes out split line or affect the normal use of fire steam, it need to discharge the condensate regularly, direct discharge of waste water of frozen water cau- ses waste of water resources, and because water temperature is higher, it has further heat recovery value. In view of this problem, storage tank farm steam fire control system was modified. The steam trap of the line end was connect- ed with the waste heat recovery system. In this situation, part o{ condensate water was recovered, at the same time, surplus heat of condensate was recovered.
