摘要
前列腺增生（BPH）并急性尿潴留（AUR）是老年人的常见病，前列腺增生并急性尿潴留的患者导尿失败后哪一种治疗方法更好还没有明确的结论。耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘是否比输尿管镜辅助下留置尿管有更多的优点呢？本文就两种治疗方法的研究进展做一简要综述。
Benignprostatic hyperplasia （BPH） combined with acute urinary retention （AUR） is a common disease of the elderly men. It is unclear which treatment is better for the patients with AUR who failed in routine urethral catheterization. There are two treatment methods which are percutaneous cystotomy and urethral catheterization. This paper reviews briefly the recent research progress in the treatment of AUR.
