基于熵值法的循环经济可持续发展动态研究——以甘肃省天水市为例

Evaluation of Circular Economy Development Based on Entropy Method——A case study of Tianshui City in Gansu Province

本文以2011-2015年天水市经济社会发展的基本数据为基础,运用量化的评价指标体系和熵值法模型评价法,从资源、环境、经济、社会四大方面对天水市循环经济的发展水平做了综合评价,得出循环经济可持续发展动态综合指数。结果表明,天水市当前处于循环经济发展的初级阶段,今后还有很大的提升空间,并且循环经济发展的过程中仍然存在较多问题,这就要求天水市在关注经济增长的同时,建立和完善有助于循环经济发展的政策与措施,注意对生态环境保护和资源的循环利用。

Taking tianshui in recent years economic and social development, on the basis of the basic data to build tianshui current situation of the development of circular economy evaluation index system, the system includes four aspects： the system includes four aspects： economic level system, the ecological environment system, resource utilization system, the system of social development. Using quantitative evaluation index system and the linear weighted entropy model evaluation method, from the resource, environment, economy, social four aspects in tianshui synthetically evaluate the development level of circular economy and circular economy development level index are obtained. Results show that the tianshui in the early stages of development of circular economy, the current has much room to improve in the future, tianshui in the process of circular economy development still exist many problems, which requires the tianshui focusing on economic growth at the same time, establish and perfect the policies and measures of help to circulation economy development, pay attention to ecological environment protection and resource recycling.
