摘要
通过对欧洲报春的引种栽培试验,对其种子萌发特性开展研究,确定了其种子萌发过程中的适宜温度、光照及赤霉素浓度,探索提高种子发芽率的科学方法。
Through the introduction and cultivation of Primulavulgaris, the seed germination characteristics wasstudied. The suitable temperature, light and GA3 concentration were determinedduring the seedgermination, the scientific methodof improving seed germination percentage was explored.
