焊接供应商在轨道车辆行业中的质量管理

为提高供应商焊接产品的质量,降低生产成本,将焊接供应商的质量管理作为企业发展战略的重要组成部分。本文通过对轨道车辆行业中焊接供应商质量管理流程的介绍,重点探讨了对焊接供应商的生产过程全面控制与焊接产品动态质量管理。结果表明:对质量保证活动闭环有效的控制,是本公司对焊接供应商质量管理体系的完善与加强,有利于焊接供应商质量管理的持续改进;对焊接供应商质量管理体系的监督审核和生产过程的全面监督控制,是产品质量稳定的前提和保障;对供应商焊接产品的动态质量管理的主要体现在:遵循科学合理的程序选择供应商,通过业绩评定实现对供应商的动态管理,数据统计和SPC控制图分析产品质量问题和发展趋势,契约化控制明确双方的权利和责任,在管理过程中充分发挥供应商质量工程师的"纽带"作用。

In order to improve the quality of welding products and reduce the production cost, supplier quality management had been an important part of enterprise development strategy. This paper focused on the overall control of the welding supplier's production process and the dynamic quality management of welding products,by introducing the quality management process of welding supplier in rail vehicle industry, the result showed that closed loop control of quality assurance activities, which optimized and strengthened the quality of the welding supplier management system, be benefit for the continuous improvement of the welding suppliers quality management, to audit the quality management system of welding supplier and supervise the production process,which was the premise and guarantee of stabile product quality, the dynamic quality management of suppliers' welding products was mainly reflected in: to select suppliers by following scientific and reasonable procedures,with dynamic management method to evaluate performance of suppliers, to analyze product quality issued and trended with data statistics and SPC control charts, to define the rights and responsibilities of both parties with contractual agreement, to display the value of 'bond' of supplier quality engineer fully in the quality management process.
