磁性附着体在全口义齿固位与稳定中的疗效观察

Effect of magnetic attachment in the retention and stability of complete denture

目的探讨磁性附着体在全口义齿固位与稳定中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月至2015年12月在我院应用磁性附着体制作全口义齿的42例患者为观察组,选择同期常规全口义齿制作的患者32例为对照组,比较两组患者满意度,并采用分光光度法对基牙咀嚼效率(A值)进行测试。结果观察组患者固位和稳定、咀嚼功能、语音功能、外观和舒适等四个方面的满意度分别为100.00%、90.48%、85.71%、100.00%,均明显高于对照组的75.00%、68.75%、62.50%、81.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咀嚼效率(A值)为(0.621±0.143),明显高于对照组的(0.294±0.098),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁性附着体应用于全口义齿具有较好的固位与稳定性,可显著改善全口义齿的功能。

Objective To investigate the application effect of magnetic attachment in the retention and stability of complete denture. Methods Forty-two patients with complete denture who applied magnetic attachments in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group. At the same time, totally 32 patients with conventional complete denture were enrolled as control group. The satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups, and the masticatory efficiency（A value） was measured by Spectrophotometry. Results The satisfaction rate of the four aspects（stability and retention, masticatory function,speech function, appearance and degree of comfort） were respectively 100.00%, 90.48%, 85.71%, 100.00% in observation group, which were significantly higher than 75.00%, 68.75%, 62.50%, 81.25% in control group, P〈0.05. After treatment, the masticatory efficiency（A value） in observation group was（0.621±0.143）, which was significantly higher than（0.294±0.098） in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Magnetic attachment have good retention and stability for complete denture, which can significantly improve the function of complete denture.
