宜昌市黄柏河流域水污染特征及防治措施研究 被引量:11

摘要 黄柏河是长江的一级支流,于葛洲坝库区汇入,受葛洲坝回水顶托、入库污染负荷增长、上游水资源开发利用的共同影响,下游城区段部分时段水质无法达到管理目标,已影响宜昌市小溪塔区域经济社会的可持续发展。根据2013—2015年黄柏河常规监测断面实测水质资料,对黄柏河水质现状进行评价,收集了黄柏河流域20世纪80年代至今污染物排放量统计数据和冯家湾、黄柏河大桥断面高锰酸盐指数和氨氮实测资料,对黄柏河流域水质、污染负荷变化趋势进行分析,回顾流域水污染治理工作情况,识别出黄柏河流域水污染特征,并进一步提出防治措施。 Huangbaihe River is a tributary of the Yangtze River, which is converged into the river from the area of Gezhouba Res- ervoir, of which the water quality of the downstream section through urban area cannot reach to the relevant control target at a part of time period under the common impact from the backwater effect from Gezhouba Dam, the increase of the pollution load of the in- flow and the upstream water resources development and utilization, thus the sustainable economic and social development of Xiaoxita Area in Yichang is already impacted. In accordance with the water quality data measured from the conventional monitoring cross- section of Huangbaihe River from 2013 to 2015, the water quality status of the fiver is evaluated herein; for which the statistical data of the quantity of pollutant discharge since the 80s of the 20th century and the permanganate index and the measured ammonia ni- trogen data at the cross-sections of Fengjiawan and Huangbaihe River Bridge are collected for analyzing the changing trends of water quality and pollution load in the river watershed, reviewing the previous water pollution control and identifying the characteristics of the water pollution therein, and then further putting forward the control measures concerned as well.
