PVB改性酚醛树脂对PEMFC碳纸的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)对酚醛树脂进行改性,并制备了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)用碳纸,研究PVB浓度对碳纸性能的影响。结果表明,PVB的引入使树脂炭与碳纤维的界面结合强度得到改善,随PVB浓度的增大,碳纸的抗弯和抗拉强度均呈现先增大后降低的趋势;碳纸的柔韧性及导电性均有所提高,且密度和厚度均控制在较低的范围内;透气性较稳定,维持在3 026~3 300 ml·mm/(cm·h·mm Aq)的范围内。采用浓度为0.06 g/ml的PVB处理后的碳纸,其抗弯、抗拉强度和电阻率分别为52.28 MPa、30.25 MPa和10.11 mΩ·cm。 Carbon paper(CP) modified with polyvinyl butyral(PVB) was synthesized and has wide application in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC). In this paper, we mainly study the effect of PVB concentration on the performance of the modified CP, and find that the bonding strength between phenol resin and carbon fiber is improved with the addition of PVB impregnation; Moreover, both bending strength and tensile strength of CP are first increased and then decreased with PVB concentration increasing; The flexibility and electrical conductivity of the CP are also enhanced accompanied with the density and thickness controlled; The gas permeability can be maintained within 3 026~3 300 ml·mm/(cm·h·mm Aq); It is also found that the as-prepared CP modified with 0.06 g/ml PVB shows the best comprehensive performance, namely, its bending strength, tensile strength, and electrical resistivity reach to 52.28 MPa, 30.25 MPa and 10.11 mΩ·cm.
