摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了石英/石英陶瓷复合材料,并采用矢量网络分析仪短路波导法对石英陶瓷复合材料介电性能随密度、热处理工艺和频率的变化规律进行测试。结果表明:低密度石英陶瓷复合材料介电常数较低,较高热处理温度或较长保温时间,有利于去除材料表面的炭杂质,提高石英陶瓷复合材料的介电性能。
The quartz ceramic composite is fabricated by Sol-gel method. The dielectric properties of quartz composites and the effect under different density, heating temperature, frequency are tested by vertical network analyzer waveguide system with one shorted end.. The results show that the composite has less carbon impurity on the surface, the best dielectric properties when the heat treatment temperature is higher or holding time is longer.
