摘要
为了提高管道射线检测效率,即在保证焊接质量的前提下有效提高其生产效率和质量,研究并设计了一种射线检测控制系统,该系统运用Pro/E进行三维建模,采用气压传动系统,结合先进的控制理论,通过PLC作为其控制系统,实现对检测装置的控制。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of pipeline radiation, that is to improve the production efficiency and quality under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of welding, a ray detection and control system is designed and implemented. The system uses Pro / E for three-dimensional modeling, and pneumatic transmission system, combined with advanced control theory, took the PLC as its control system, to achieve the detection device control.
