摘要
高速电主轴是现代数控机床的核心功能部件,其振动是影响机床系统振动的主要诱因之一,同时也是衡量电主轴动态性能好坏最直接的指标。通过分析影响电主轴振动的主要因素,归纳提出减小电主轴振动的有效方法。
High-speed motorized spindle is the core component for modem CNC machine tools. Its vibration is one of the main causes for the vibration of machine tool system, which is also the most direct indicator to measure the dynamic performance of motorized spindle. In this paper, the effective methods for reducing the vibration of motorized spindle are concluded by analyzing the main factors affecting the vibration of motorized spindle.
