路面交通荷载施加实验装置设计及有限元分析

摘要 设计了一套实验装置用以研究道路交变荷载对公路路基的影响,通过对路基的不同位置施加交变载荷,找到不同载荷对路基的影响。实验装置由动力传动系统、液压系统、控制系统组成。直流电动机对实验装置提供动力源,液压装置对实验路基施加交变载荷,路基中的压力传感器和位移传感器实时监测路基的受力变形。在实验装置的设计中采用了ANSYS分析软件,对实验装置的部分重要零件进行了有限元分析,通过分析的结果对零件进行了优化设计。通过本套实验装置,可以对实验路基施加交变载荷进行实验,获得路面的受力变形规律;采用有限元分析的手段模拟路面承受交变载荷的过程,并得出分析结果;该实验装置获得的结果可以对路基的修建和维护提出参考性意见。 This set of experimental equipment used to study the impact of road alternating load on highway subgrade. Through the design of the experimental device on the different locations of the subgrade to apply alternative loads, to find the impact of different loads on the subgrade. The experiment device is composed of power transmission system, hydraulic system and control system. The direct current motor provides the power source for the experimental device, and the hydraulic device is applied to the experimental roadbed, and the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor in the roadbed can monitor the deformation of the roadbed in real time. In the design of the experimental device, the ANSYS analysis software is used to carry out the finite element analysis of some important parts of the experimental device, and through the analysis of the results of the optimization design of the parts. Through the experiment device, the subgrade applied alternating load experiment, obtain road of stress and strain of; simulated pavement under alternating load by means of finite element analysis and draw analysis results. The results obtained by the experimental device can roadbed construction and maintenance reference opinions are put forward.
