摘要
随着市政污水和污泥的产量急剧增加,污泥的处理问题逐渐凸显,污泥处理设备的数量也在增多。以某污水处理厂购置的污泥处理设备为研究对象,分析了污泥的处理工艺,并通过分析设备的结构,结合污泥处理设备的运行试验,分析污泥处理设备低产能的原因,对设备制造企业的改良设计和设备使用方的日常使用具有指导意义。
With the rapid increase in the production of municipal sewage and sludge, the treatment of sludge has been gradually highlighted, the number of sludge treatment equipment is also increasing. In this paper, the sludge treatment equipment of a sewage treatment plant is as the research object. The treatment process of sludge and the structure of equipment were analyzed. Combined with the operation test of sludge treatment equipment, the reasons for low productivity of sludge treatment equipment were found. This has guiding significance for the improvement design of equipment manufacturing enterprises and the daily use of the equipment.
