摘要
大型企业在进行专利布局时往往会对与自己业务相关的专利进行收购,全球估值最高的打车公司Uber亦是如此。Uber服务覆盖全球63个国家,344个城市,不仅用户覆盖率高、市场份额占有率高,而且其技术研发与创新能力也不容小觑,并非常重视专利的多方位布局。自2009年成立以来,Uber通过收购的方式共获得9项专利。本文将从Uber收购专利的角度出发谈谈Uber是如何进行专利布局的。
Some large-scale enterprises need patent acquisition when they start the patent portfolio, such as Uber, the company who has the most valuation in the taxi business in the world.Uber provides services in 63 countries, 344 cities in the world.Uber has numerous users, with a significant share of the market.Especially, its technological research and innovation capacity is superexcellence.Uber attaches great importance to multidimensional patent portfolio.Uber has acquired nine patents from other companies since 2009.This article mainly intends to study the way Uber working on patent portfolio from the perspective of patent acquisition.
