摘要
目的 探讨一年级护理本科生的学习适应性及影响因素,为进一步干预研究提供依据.方法 采用大学生学习适应性量表,对134名一年级护理本科生进行问卷调查.结果 一年级护理本科生的学习适应性处于中等水平,高于其他专业大学生,主要表现在教学模式和学习态度两方面.男护生在学习动机和学习能力方面均优于女护生(P〈0.05).来自城市的护生在教学模式方面优于来自农村的护生(P〈0.05).结论 一年级护理本科生的学习适应性有待进一步提高,要根据学生自身的特点,有针对性地采取综合干预措施.
Objective To explore the learning adaptability and influencing factors of grade-one nursing undergraduates to provide basis for further intervention study.Methods The learning adaptability scale of undergraduates was used to have questionnaire survey for 134 grade-one nursing undergraduates.Results The learning adaptability of grade-one nursing undergraduates was average,which was higher than other specialty of undergraduates,indicating on the aspects of teaching mode and learning attitude.The learning motivation and learning ability of male student nurses were superior to female student nurses.The adaptability of urban student nurses was superior to the student nurses from village on teaching mode.Conclusions The learning adaptability of grade-one nursing undergraduates remains to have further improvement.It's required to take comprehensive intervention measures according to the features of students.
