摘要
大学生在线学习满意度是评价在线课程学习的重要标准,它与在线课程质量和学习者行为密切相关。本研究在文献研究的基础上,将学习者在线学习满意度影响因素分为三类,即交互(包括学习者之间的交互、学习者与教师之间的交互以及学习者与内容之间的交互)、网络自我效能感、自我调节学习。本研究为探究这三个方面与大学生在线学习满意度的关联程度,进行了问卷调查,得到大学生在线学习满意度的回归方程模型。研究表明,学习者与学习内容的交互、自我调节学习、学习者与教师之间的交互是影响大学生在线学习满意度的重要因素。在此基础上,本研究提出了增加大学生在线学习满意度的几点建议,以期为在线学习的一线设计人员提供理论支持和借鉴。
College students’satisfaction in online learning is an important criterion for evaluating online courses,and it is closely related to the quality of online courses and learner performance.Informed by relevant literature review,this study divides factors influencing learners’satisfaction in online learning into three categories:interaction(including learner-learner interaction,learner-instructor interaction,and learner-content interaction),internet self-efficacy,and self-regulated learning.A questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the correlation between these three categories of influencing factors and students’satisfaction in online learning,and a regression equation model of college students’satisfaction in online learning was presented.The research shows that learner-content interaction,self-regulated learning,and learner-instructor interaction are the key factors affecting college students’satisfaction in online learning.Hence,this study puts forward some suggestions to enhance learner satisfaction in online learning which are expected to benefit online learning designers.
