大学英语专业教师科研能力现状调查研究

English Major Teachers' Scientific Research: a Capability Investigation

由于科研压力不断增加,英语专业教师陷入深深的困境之中。为走出困境,本研究在前有研究的基础上设计问卷调查表并走访了八位资深教授。调查结果显示,英语专业教师的科研困境来自五个方面的原因,即难于发现问题并对之加以质疑、难于理清问题之间的逻辑关系并对之加以概念推理与逻辑分析、难于对问题进行发散思维并提出创新见解、缺乏团队协作意识与管理机制以及学术资源与成果发表途径,并对此提出了破解之法。

English major teachers＇ scientific research stresses are increasing and they are deep in its predicament. For where their scientific research stress are from and whether they may come out of the scientific research stresses, interviews have been done with eight senior teachers, and questionnaire investigations done with the scientific research stress sources scale in the eight higher education English major teaching staffs, out of which have been found English major teachers suffering from five aspects of scientific research stresses： a puzzle to solve in five ways： finding questions for queries, reasoning concepts for logical-analyses, introspecting thoughts for innovations, cooperating teams for management mechanisms, accessing resources for academics.
