摘要 自我效能感理论是一套成熟的社会学习理论,已经在体育、学业、政治等多个领域得到了广泛的应用。将这套理论应用于大学英语分级教学中,加强对学生的自我效能感的培养,将有助于学生更好地适应分级教学,并在学习中获得更多的主动性。教师可以通过设定学习目标,增强学生学习信心,树立学习榜样,制定个性化学习策略等方式帮助学生养成自我效能感,从而全面提高学生的学习效果。而教学方式的改革为学生自我效能感养成提供制度指引,值得当前外语教学改革的格外关注。 The theory of self-efficacy is a mature social learning theory, which has been widely applied in the sports, studies, politics and some other fields. Applying this theory to college English graded teaching, and strengthening the cultivation of students' self-efficacy will help students get adapted to graded teaching and elevate students' initiative in learning. Through setting learning target, improving students' learning confidence, setting role models, and making up individualized learning strategies, teachers help students develop self-efficacy, thereby improving the overall quality of students' learning. Reform of teaching models provides guidance to the cultivation of self-efficacy, therefore being worthy of special attention from the current foreign language teaching reform.
