摘要
随着军队体制编制调整改革的深入推进,收支两条线政策已在军队医院全面实施。同时,取消药品加成等改革也倒逼军队医院的管理模式要尽快实现由传统的制度化、标准化、常态化向精细化、数字化和效能化转变,构建新的绩效管理评价指标体系势在必行。
As the adjustment and reform of military organizational system goes further, separation between revenue and expenditure has been fully put into practice in military hospitals. At the same time, the reform of cancelling medicine makeups also urges military hospitals to transform from the traditional standard, systematic and normal pattern into the refined, digital and efficient management model. Additionally, it is imperative to construct a new index system of performance management and evaluation.
