无垠的创意——解放军艺术学院文学教育三十年

Infinite Innovative Ideas: 30 Years of Literature Education in the Literature Department of the P.L.A. Academy of Art

解放军艺术学院的文学教育开始于1984年秋。其发端于特殊年代的特殊教学机制,却在国内首开先河,与西方"创意写作"式文学教育不谋而合。30多年间,军艺文学系在军旅文学创作人才培养的教学接力中,不但摸索走出了一条独具中国特色和我军优势的军旅作家养成之道,而且赢得了"军旅作家摇篮"的美誉,一跃而成为当代中国军事文学的一座重镇。文学系师生几代薪火相传,凝练出一种开放式、能力型、创意性,合力育人的全新的教学模式。过去,他们不拘一格,因材施教,迎着八面来风,实现教学相长,开创出"徐怀中时代"的辉煌;现在,他们力求做到知己知彼、内外兼修,注重创作实践,倡导"实战"为本,在强军逐梦的伟大实践中,开始了一场没有终点的军旅文学教育新长征。

The literature education in the P.L.A. Academy of Art started in the autumn of 1984. Although originated from a special teaching mechanism, it was the first time in China, thus falling in accordance with the Western literature education of ＂creative writing＂. In the past over 30 years, the Literature Department of the EL.A. Academy of Art has built a unique way with Chinese specific characteristics and the advantages of the army in its training of literature creation talents, which has earned itself ＂cradle of military writers＂ and helped it to leap and become an important place giving birth to Chinese military culture. Generation after generation, teachers and students have created an open, ability-oriented, creative, and cooperative teaching method. In the past they have created brilliant ＂Xu Huaizhong＇s era＂ according to their individuality, facing the eight-sided wind and teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Now they strive to know ourselves, slef-study from inside and outside, emphasize creative practice, advocate actual combat-oriented and begin a new journey of the military literature education with no end in the great practice of stronging the army and pursuing the dream.
