摘要
卤水中杂质的成分及比例是影响制盐生产的重要影响因素之一,厘清杂质对结晶的影响,就要将净化加入的添加物与卤水中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)等离子看成广义的卤水杂质;全方位控制、抑制、弱化杂质影响,要系统性对净化、蒸发、半成品的整个生产流程各个环节进行控制。文章重点阐述广义的卤水杂质对盐硝蒸发结晶的影响理论研究及实践摸索。
The composition and proportion of impurity in brine is one of the important factors that affect the production of salt. To clarify the effect of impurities on the crystallization, it is neces- sary to regard the additive added in the brine and the Ca2+ , Mg2_ , SO4^2- plasma in the brine as generalized brine impurity. All - round control, inhibition, the impact of impurities weak, it should throughout control the production process of the system from the purification, evaporation, semi - finished product. This paper focused on the theoretical research and practical exploration of the in- fluence of broad brine impurity on the crystallization of brine.
