膝关节复合伤分期治疗的研究

目的：研究分期治疗膝关节复合伤的疗效.方法：选取2012年7月～2015年6月我院收治的50例膝关节复合伤患者.根据手术方式的不同进行分组,1期处理膝关节复合伤23例患者为对照组,分期治疗的27例患者为观察组.观察2组患者的手术时间、关节局部创伤、耗材费用、外固定时间以及膝关节的Lysholm评分.结果：观察组的手术时间、外固定时间、关节局部创伤、耗材费用明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的优良率为92.59％,明显优于对照组65.21％（P〈0.05）;2组患者术后的Lysholm评分均显著高于术前的评分（P〈0.05）,且观察组术后的Lysholm评分明显高于对照组术后的评分（P〈0.05）.结论：分期微创治疗膝关节复合伤效果显著,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广应用.

Objective： To study the curative effect of combined treatment of knee joint injury. Methods： 50 cases of knee joint injury in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2012 were selected. According to the different operation methods, the first stage of the treatment of 23 patients with knee joint injury as the control group, 27 cases of stage treatment as the observation group. The operation time, joint local trauma, material cost, external fixation time and Lysholm score of knee joint were observed in the two groups. Results： In the observation group, the operation time, and fixed time, local joint trauma, consumable costs was significantly less than that of the control group＇s （P 〈 0.05）; in the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 92.59％, significantly higher than that of the control group 65.21％ （P 〈 0.05）; the Lysholm score of the patients in two groups were significantly higher than those in the preoperative scores （P 〈 0.05）, and the observation group, postoperative Lysholm score was significantly higher than that of the control group, the postoperative score （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Staged minimally invasive treatment of knee joint injury has significant effect, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
