中超球队间球员身价差距研究

Study on the Inter-team Gap of the Players' Market Value in Chinese Football Association Super League

通过构造、分解和计算中超球队间球员身价的基尼系数来实证研究2015赛季中超联赛球队间球员身价差距。实证研究结果表明:1)中超球队间球员身价差距下半赛季比上半赛季更大。2)从场上位置来看,中超球队间球员身价差距主要是由前锋和中场贡献;从国籍来看,主要是由外援贡献。3)球队间球员身价差距拉大主要由集中效应和球队间球员身价排序变化所引起。4)将中超球队分为四强与其他球队两类群体后发现,中超球队间球员身价差距主要由四强与其他球队之间的差距所贡献。5)将中超联赛与欧洲五大联赛进行对比后发现,中超球队间球员身价整体差距小于欧洲五大联赛。最后,在实证研究的基础上,给出了针对性的对策建议。

This paper discusses the inter-team gap of the players＇ market value in the 2015 Chinese Football Association Super League （CSL） based on constructing, decomposing and calculating the Gini coefficient. The results show that the gap at the second half of the season is more than the first half of the season; from the viewpoint of the position, the gap of players＇ market value among the CSL team is caused mainly by the forward and midfield player; meanwhile, the gap is mainly from foreign players from the perspective of nationality. Moreover, empirical studies show that the gap of players＇ market value among the CSL team is mainly caused by Concentration Effect and the change of the inter-team rank of the CSL players＇ market value. When the CSL teams are divided into two the Top Four and the rest, the research suggests that the gap of players＇ market value among the CSL team is mainly caused by the gap of players＇ market value between the two groups. Compared with Big Five football leagues, the inter-team gap of the players＇ market value in CSL is the least. Finally, the research proposes targeted suggestions based on the empirical results.
