摘要
目的对我区某三甲综合医院员工医院文化建设的认知现状进行问卷调查,分析被调查医院员工对文化认知上的差异性和影响因素,为今后医院文化建设提出建设性意见。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对调查对象的218名员工进行问卷调查。结果被调查单位医院文化总体评价较好;医院管理制度规范,员工竞争意识、社会责任、持续发展优势文化和强势文化相对明显,授权、组织协调、创新变革、成本控制相对劣势和相对弱势明显;而年龄、职称、民族、学历、工龄和岗位是影响医院文化总体纬度重要因素。结论将医院文化建设始终作为医院发展战略的重要内容;重视顶层设计,坚持"以文化人"的理念;注重社会责任,坚持"以患者为中心"的服务理念;建立学习型医院,营造务实之风。
Objective To investigate the hospital cultural cognition of staff in a third grade hospital of Xinjiang, and to analyze the differences and influencing factors about the cultural cognition of hospital staff, and then put forward suggestions for the construction of hospital culture in the future. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used, 218 employees were enrolled for questionnaire investigation. Results The overall evaluation of culture was good. hospital management was normative. The dominant culture, aggressive culture, staff competition consciousness, social responsibility and sustained developmental competency were obvious; But the authorization, organization and coordination, innovation and change, and cost control were relative poor; Age, professional title, nationality, education, length of service and position were main factors affecting the overall latitude of hospital culture. Conclusion Hospital cultural construction should always be taken as an important part of hospital development; The top-level design should be valued. The concept of " render people with culture " should be insisted. Social responsibility should be focused, the concept of " patient centered" should be insisted. Finally, a learning hospital would be built and a practical atmosphere would be created.
