我国中小微企业制度供给分析

Analysis of Institution Supply to Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

本文结合江苏省调研数据反映出来的突出问题与现实需求,探寻优化中小微企业制度供给的可行方法。一方面对中小微企业的支持力度不足、普惠性制度供给不足、公共物品供给不足、制度创新不足;另一方面扭曲性制度供给过度,成为资源错配的重要因素。最后,本文提出优化制度供给的对策。

In this paper, combining with the outstanding problems and realistic demands reflected by the survey data of Jiangsu Province, we explore the feasible methods to optimize institution supply. On the one hand, the supply of inclusive institution, public goods and institutional renovation is not sufficient and policy support is not enough. On the other hand, we have excess distorting institutions which become an important inducement for resource mismatch. Finally, we put forward some countermeasures to optimize the institution supply.
