基于AHP法的城市紫线划定研究

通过分析文物的现状特点,对目前基于单一定性分析视角划定城市紫线进行了创新拓展,构建了基于"定性与定量相结合"的城市紫线划定体系;以层析分析法技术(AHP)为基础,给出了城市紫线划定的技术路径,即"先评定、后划定",由此实现了对文物的城市紫线划定研究。怀远县的实证研究表明:怀远县文物通过层析分析法的评价,可分类为重点保护对象和一般保护对象,重点保护对象实行三级保护即文物本体保护、保护范围和建设控制地带,一般保护对象实行两级保护即本体保护和保护范围。研究可为城市紫线划定研究领域提供理论方法参考和实践应用借鉴,为城市紫线划定制定技术路径提供科学依据。

By analyzing the characteristics of cultural relics, the paper invites the development of delineated city purple line based on the current single qualitative analysis, and then ＂ the system of city purple line delineated based on the ＂qualitative and quantitative is constructed ; Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） , the technical path of city purple line delineated was put forward, namely, ＂the first assessment, after delimitation＂, thereby realizing the city purple line delineation study. The results show： Huaiyuan County cultural relics evaluated by chromatographic analysis method, can be classified as key protection object and general protection object, the cultural relic of key protection is implemented by three level protection that is body, the scope of protection and construction control area, the cultural relic of general protected object implement two levels protection that is the body and the scope of protectioh. The paper can provide references of theoretical method and practical application. It can provide scientific basis for the technical path of city purple line delineated.
