摘要
中国电影对"法庭戏"的影像述说,早在郑正秋、邵醉翁等一批国产电影探路者的作品中就已然出现。经由文明戏、默片、有声片等媒介技术手段的更迭,法庭戏的文化母题与艺术表现形式也随之衍生出多样的特征,在银幕上书写了中国清末民初社会文化意图传承国粹经典、融汇思想、教化民众的内在精神气质,与民族电影观照现实的文化欲求及其背后应运而生的社会思潮密切呼应。
The "court drama" in Chinese film, has appeared on screen as early as Zheng Zhengqiu, Shao Zuiweng and a number of domestic film pathfinders' works during the late Qing and early Republic years. Through different years and changing of media technologies, the cultural motifs and artistic expression of the court drama has also generated a variety of characteristics. And therefore social and cultural intentions written by court drama have conveyed the inner spirit of China's early film, which responded to cultural desire of the national films as well as the reality and the social thought.
