基于层次分析法的高速公路危险品运输安全风险评估

Safety risk assessment of highway dangerous goods transportation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

随着高速公路通车里程逐年增加,通过高速公路运输的危险品数量也在增多,于此同时频发的危险品交通事故引起世人的关注。危险品交通事故影响大、处理困难,严重影响高速公路运营安全,如何降低危险品交通事故影响成为迫切需要解决的问题。文章通过对高速公路危险品运输安全现状分析,根据影响高速公路危险品运输安全的因素,建立高速公路危险品运输安全风险评估体系,并以层次分析法确定各指标的权重,根据分析结果,给出相应的预防措施。

Along with highway mileage of our country increases year by year, the number of dangerous goods transported by highway increasing too, followed by a dangerous goods traffic accidents occur frequently. The influence of dangerous goods transportation accident are seriousiy, it si hard to deal, affect the safety of highway operation seriously. How to reduce the number of highway dangerous goods accidents, reduce the influence of traffic accidents of dangerous goods become a problem urgent to solve. Through analyze the safety present situation of highway dangerous goods transportation, based on the factors affecting the safety of the highway transport of dangerous goods, build the safety risk assessment system of highway transport of dangerous goods, and determine the weight of each index through AHP. The prevention measures are presented based on the result.
