基层医院表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的疗效分析

目的探讨表面麻醉（简称表麻）下白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的手术治疗效果。方法对2220例白内障患者分别行表麻下白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术，术后对疗效进行分析。结果患者术后视力均有显著的提高，术中主要并发症为后囊破裂，术后主要并发症为角膜水肿，均于l周内恢复正常。结论表麻下白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障安全疗效确切，值得在基层推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phacoemutsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery with topical anesthesia. Methods 220 patients with cataract were treated with phacoemulsifieation and intraocular lens implantation. The prognosis was analyzed with SPSS. Results The visual acuity was significantly improved after surgery in all patients. The main intraoperative complication was posterior capsule rupture. The main complication was corneal edema after operation. The edema cornea returned to transparent within 1 week. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective method in the treatment of cataract in primary hospital.
