先天性单冠畸形CTA的影像与临床应用

目的分析先天性单冠畸形的冠状动脉血管成像表现，探讨双源CT血管成像对先天性单冠畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析16例经冠状动脉CT血管造影（CTA）诊断为单冠畸形患者资料，使用双源CT多种后处理方法进行重建分析，观察冠状动脉的起始及走行情况。结果16例单冠畸形病例中，出现左冠状动脉缺如单右冠状动脉畸形3例，右冠状动脉缺如单左冠状动脉畸形13例，所有病例均通过VR、MIP和MPR等重建显示冠状动脉的形态。结论双源CT血管成像能准确显示冠状动脉的走行分布，可以作为诊断先天性单冠畸形的首选检查方法，为临床早期干预及治疗提供可靠的影像学证据。

Objective To analyze the CTA findings of congenital malformation of the single coronary artery （ SCA ） , to investigate the application value of the dual-source CT angiography of adult congenital malformation of the Single coronary artery. Method 16 eases of patients diagnosed as congenital malformation of SCA were retrospectively analyzed. Various methods of dual-source CT were used to observe the variation of the coronary artery. Results In 16 cases of SCA, 3 cases were diagnosed with the absence of left coronary artery single right coronary artery malformation and 13 were diagnosed with absence of right coronary artery single left coronary artery malformation, and all cases were reconstructed by VR, MIP and MPR showed abnormal vascular morphology. Conclusion Dual-source CT angiography can clearly show the course and distribution of the coronary artery which can be used as the preferred method for diagnosis of SCA, and provide reliable imaging evidence for early clinical intervention and treatment.
