带真空腔周向槽抽吸影响跨声速压气机转子气动性能的数值研究 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation for Aerodynamic Performance of Transonic Compressor Rotor with Circumferential Suction Slot and Vacuum Cavity

摘要 为探究附面层抽吸对跨声速压气机气动性能的影响,本研究利用数值方法对跨声速压气机转子进行模拟研究。在低抽吸流量下,对比单抽吸槽及双抽吸槽对跨声速压气机转子内部流动的改善效果,观察原型及转子压气机内部的流动状态,发现:抽吸流量为主流1%时,机匣周向槽抽吸处理可以改善转子上端流道流动状态,最大可使效率提高1.21%,压比提高2.53%,单抽吸槽抽吸效果更佳。 In order to explore the effect of boundary layer suction on the aerodynamic performance of transonic compressor,numerical simulation was used to investigate a transonic compressor rotor performance. Under the condition of low flow rate,the influences of single and double circumferential suction slots on the performance of transonic compressor rotor were compared,and the flow state in prototype and inside the compressor rotor were examined. The simulation results showed that: when the suction flow rate is 1% of main flow,the flow state of rotor's upper passage can be improved by the circumferential suction slot; the efficiency increases by 1. 21% and the total pressure ratio increases by 2. 53% at maximum. Additionally,the single circumferential suction slot has a better suction effect.
