摘要
通过分析多源环状供热管网与单热源枝状供热管网,对比了两种供热管网的可靠性与经济性,同时分析了多热源环状管网的可靠性指标可靠度Rk与故障工况下室内能够维持的温度tn',并得出不同地区室外计算温度下与不同可靠度下室内能够维持的温度变化规律。通过对实际工程模型简化,计算得出环状供热管网的压力等级低于枝状供热管网一级,相应采购成本会降低,另外由于枝状供热管网的总管径大于环状供热管网,造成其总管材及附件阀门的尺寸相应增加,因此无论从可靠性还是经济性,环状供热管网的优势都非常明显。
Through the analysis of multi-source ring-shaped heat supply network and single heat source branch shaped heating network, the paper compares reliability and economy of two kinds of heating pipe network and calculates the temperature of the indoor air can be maintained in the different climate regions under fault conditions. By calculating the simplified actual engineering model, results shows pressure grade of ring-shaped network is below the branch shaped heating network, which procurement cost will reduce corresponding. In addition, the duct diameter of branch network is larger than the ring-shaped network, resulting in a corresponding increase in the size of the pipe and valve fittings. Therefore, advantages of ring-shaped network are very obvious in terms of reliability or economy.
