系统分析国内外急性心肌梗死患者运动康复的发展现状,将急性心肌梗死的运动康复分为3个阶段,即院内运动康复期、院外早期运动康复期以及院外长期运动康复期,总结患者不同康复阶段的运动要求,为探索符合中国国情的运动康复治疗方案提供理论基础。

Current development of exercise rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction was studied systematically. The rehabilitation recovery of acute myocardial infarction was divided into three stages ： period of Hospital rehabilitation, period of early rehabilitation outside hospital, and period of long - term rehabilitation outside hospital. The requirements of patients with different stages of rehabilitation was summarivzed to explore sports rehabilitation scheme in accordance with the situation of China and to provide important theoretical basis.
