摘要
目的探索分析后备护士长培养路径。方法从参与护士长岗位竞聘者中择优选拔,建立后备护士长人才库,对其进行规范化培训。结果通过规范培养路径,后备护士长的核心工作能力有所提高。结论建立后备护士长人才库,规范培养路径,有利于提高护理管理水平。
Objective To explore the approaches of training backup head nurses. Methods Excellent candidates for the head nurse competition were selected to establish the backup head nurse talent pool, and standardized training was provided. Results The core competeneeer of backup head nurses has been improved through standardized training approaches. Conclusion Establishing the backup head nurses' talent pool and standardizing the training approaches are conducive to the nursing management.
