简要介绍"圆桌教学法"的起源、内涵,对传统教学法与"圆桌教学法"进行比较,分析其利弊,结合"医院管理学"教学特点,以卫生事业管理专业硕士研究生"医院管理学"课程为教学对象,探讨圆桌教学法的实施路径,创新教学思路,提高教学水平。

This paper briefly introduced the origin and connotation of ＂round table teaching method＂, and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the traditional teaching method. Moreover, the paper stated the implementation path of the ＂round table teaching method＂ based on ＂hospital management＂ curriculum for postgraduate student majored in health management to innovate teaching ideas and improve teaching level.
