摘要
目的探讨双向主动学习带教模式在护生临床带教中的应用,提高教学质量。方法对比2014年常规带教方法和2015年在常规带教基础上实施双向主动学习法,充分发挥护生的主观能动性,发放护生入科调查表、护生根据自己的性格特征选择带教老师、自己选择实习课程和内容以及根据自己意愿选择岗位带教的方法。结果双向主动学习带教模式使护生对带教老师、实习内容、实习形式、实习效果及自我评价的满意率均高于传统带教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护生出科时理论与操作考试成绩均高于传统带教组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双向主动学习带教模式能提升临床带教质量。
Objective To explore the application of two - way active learning mode in clinical teaching of nursing students, and to improve the quality of teaching. Methods The 2014 routine teaching method and 2015 routine teaching together with two - way active learning mode were compared. The subjective initiative of nursing students was given full play. Questionnaires were issued. Teachers, courses, contents and the way of teaching were selected by students on the basis of their characters and personal preferences. Results The two - way active learning teaching mode of the nursing students of teaching and teacher, the content of the practice, practice form, practice effect and self - evaluation of satisfaction degree were higher than those of the traditional educational group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Chuke theory and operation test scores of nursing students were higher than that of the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Two - way active learning mode can improve the quality of clinical teaching.
