肿瘤专科医院静脉治疗质量评价标准的建立与实施

Establishment and implementation of quality evaluation standard of venous treatment in tumour hospital

目的探讨适合肿瘤专科医院的静脉治疗质量评价标准。方法根据静脉治疗实践,由静脉治疗专家确定质量评价标准的内容,在静脉治疗标准化培训前后运用该质量评价标准对静脉治疗质量进行评估和评价。结果静脉治疗质量评价标准内容包含一级指标5项,二级指标19项;各条目I-CVI值为0.83~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.936,重测相关系数为0.822。标准化培训后临床静脉治疗质量高于实施前(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论静脉治疗质量评价体系内容全面、合理,对临床静脉治疗质量提升起到较好的导向作用,并能对质量改进进行有效评价,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the quality evaluation standard of venous treatment in tumour hospital. Methods According to the venous treatment practice ,the content of the quality evaluation standard was determined by the specialists of intravenous therapy. The quality of intravenous therapy was evaluated before and after the standardized training. Results Venous treatment quality evaluation criteria,including 5 first level indicators and 19 second level indicators. The l - CVI value of each item was 0.83 - 1.00, S - CVI/Ave was 0. 936. The correlation coefficient was 0. 822. After standardized training,the quality of clini- cal venous treatment improved （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quality evaluation system of intravenous therapy is comprehensive and reasonable, which plays a guiding role in improving the quality of clinical intravenous therapy, and can effectively evaluate the quality improvement, which can be popularized and applied.
