自拟养肝益肾汤联合克龄蒙治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Self-made Yanggan Yishen Decoction Combined with Climen for Perimenopausal Syndrome of Yin Deficiency Type of Liver and Kidney

目的:探讨自拟养肝益肾汤联合克龄蒙治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者,按照随机对照法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予克龄蒙治疗,观察组患者于对照组治疗基础上加服自拟养肝益肾汤治疗。治疗后观察自拟养肝益肾汤联合克龄蒙对肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者中医症候积分及血清雌二醇、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平的影响并探讨其临床疗效。结果:两组肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者治疗后中医症候积分均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);且观察组与对照组治疗后比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者血清雌二醇水平均明显升高,促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异极显著(P<0.01),治疗后观察组与对照组比较,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟养肝益肾汤联合克龄蒙可明显改善肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者的中医症状,调节患者雌激素水平,说明自拟养肝益肾汤联合克龄蒙治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ：To explore the clinically curative effect of self- made Yanggan Yishen decoction com- bined with climen for perimenopausal syndrome of Yin deficiency type of liver and kidney. Methods ：60 perim- enopausal syndrome patients of ~in deficiency type of liver and kidney were randomly divided into two groups, in each group with 30 cases. Two groups were treated by Climen, and on this basis, the observation group was treated by self - made Yanggan Yishen decoction additionally. After treatment, the scores of the syndronme of Chinese medicine and blood serum levels of E2, FSH, LH were observed in order to discuss the clinically cur- ative effect of self - made Yanggan Yishen decoction combined with climen. Results： After treatment, the scores of the syndronme of Chinese medicine in two groups were reduced obviously, and the scores were signifi- cantly different from those before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） ; in two groups, the blood serum level of E2 was in- creased significantly, and the blood serum levels of FSH and LH were reduced obviously. Compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ）. Before and after treatment, the changes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of self - made Yanggan Yishen decoction and climen can improve the syndronme of Chinese medicine and adjust estrogen level of perimenopausal syndrome patients of Yin deficiency type of liver and kid- ney. It shows that the self- made Yanggan Yishen decoction combined with climen has a good clinical effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of Yin deficiency type of liver and kidney.
