益清饮对糖尿病复杂性尿路感染的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Effect of Yiqing Yin on Complicated Urinary Tract Infection in Diabetes in TCM Syndrome Score and Recurrence Rate

目的:探讨益清饮治疗糖尿病复杂性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的69例糖尿病复杂性尿路感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予抗生素+益清饮治疗,对照组给予抗生素+安慰剂治疗,治疗8周后,观察总有效率、中医证候积分、细菌清除率、复发率和血清Ig A、Ig G水平。结果:治疗后治疗组与对照组比较:总有效率、细菌清除率、血清Ig A、Ig G水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),部分中医证候积分、中医证候总有效率、复发率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益清饮对糖尿病复杂性尿路感染有明确的疗效且长疗程治疗更加有益。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqing Yin on complicated urinary tract infection in diabetes. Methods ：A total of 69 diabetic patients with complicated urinary tract infections were randomly as- signed into a control group and a treatment group. The protocol in the treatment group was antibiotics and Yiqing Yin, while the antibiotics and placebo were used in the control group. The total efficient rate, symptom score, bacterial clearance rate, recurrence rate and serum immune globulin level were compared between two groups. Results：There were significant differences in the total effective rate, bacterial clearance rate and serum immune globulin level （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the difference also exsited in TCM syndrome score, total effective rate of TCM syndrome and recurrence rate （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Yiqing Yin has a definitely curative effect on complicated urinary tract infection in diabetes, and the long course of treatment may be more beneficial.
