半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位贴敷治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床研究

Application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Acupoint Paste in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:研究半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位贴敷对神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的神经根型颈椎病患者93例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予半夏白术天麻汤配合痹证方穴位贴敷治疗,对照组患者采用推拿疗法。治疗结束后,观察两组患者的临床疗效,对两组患者田中靖久症状量化表评分和SF-36健康量表评分进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率89.36%,对照组总有效率63.04%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组田中靖久积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且显著低于对照组治疗后的积分(P<0.05);观察组患者SF-36健康量表中躯体健康和精神健康评分显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合穴位贴敷能显著改善神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupoint paste in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 93 patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Patients in the observation group were treated by Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined Bizhengfang ointment and pa- tients in the control group were treated by Massage therapy. The efficacies of two groups were evaluated after treatment. The scores of Tanaka symptom quantitative scale and SF- 36 health scale were recorded and com- pared with those before treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 89.36% in the observation group and it was 63.04% in the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of Tanaka symptom quantitative scale of the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment（P 〈0.05 ）. The score of SF -36 quantita- tive scale of the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and acu- point paste can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the life quality of patients with cervical spondylot- ic radiculopathy.
