广西南方冶炼厂锌浸出渣物性研究

摘要 广西南方冶炼厂锌浸出渣挥发窑长期运行不稳定,挥发带内衬挂渣能力差,侵蚀剥落严重,而冷却带易结圈,给生产作业造成严重干扰。本文通过调查与试验分析对南方冶炼厂炼锌挥发窑浸出渣物性进行了深入研究,结果发现:试验测得挥发窑浸出渣物料物性与厂家技术指标较为吻合;入窑料中低熔点物相含量较高,需进行成分调整;而厂家在浸出渣中添加铁屑的工艺操作不够科学严谨,需进行更深入的研究。 The long-term instability of zinc leaching residue volatile kiln in Guangxi Nanfang smelter has serious impact on the production,such as poor slag hanging capability,serious erosion of refractory lining in the volatile area,and easy ring forming in cooling zone.The physical properties of zinc leaching residue in Nanfang smelter are further studied by investigation and test analysis in this paper.According to the results,technical indicators of tested leaching residue’s physical property are consistent with the technical indicators in Nanfang smelter.The composition of kiln feed needs to be adjusted as the content of low melting point phases is relatively high.Further studies will be required due to the unscientific and imprecise operations with iron scrap addition in leaching residue in Nanfang smelter.
