摘要
铜冶炼制酸污酸采用常规硫化法处理后,砷含量一般在100~200 mg/L,中和后产出的石膏渣砷含量有可能超过GB5085.06-2007规定限值。采用新型高效硫化工艺处理高含砷铜冶炼污酸,具有流程短,硫化钠消耗少,砷及重金属离子硫化回收率高(99.9%以上),生产环境好,中和后产生的石膏渣砷含量能够满足国际要求等优点。
The waste acid from copper metallurgy offgas sulfuric acid-making is usually treated by conventional sulfuration method,usually containing 100-200 mg/L As,while discharged gypsum residue from neutralization does not meet the requirement of GB 508506—2007 in terms of arsenic content.Through commercial test,the new-type high-efficiency sulfurization technology show advantages such as simple process flow,low consumption of Na2 S,high arsenic and heavy metal ion removal efficiency over 99.9%and good workplace environment.The discharged gypsum residue meet requirement of GB in terms of arsenic content.
